Built in Birtamod.
Built for the world.
We built zappertrip because Nepali shops already run their business on WhatsApp — they just didn't have a tool built for how they actually work.
Our story
zappertrip started in Koshi Province, where a decade of building software met a simple observation: shops and distributors were running their entire business on WhatsApp — orders, deliveries, credit, loyalty — but with a notebook, five different apps, and a lot of memory.
We didn't want to force anyone onto a new app. We wanted to give the business owner everything they were already doing, inside the app their customers already had open.
Today zappertrip runs OTP-verified deliveries, credit ledgers with one-tap reminders, and loyalty cards that send themselves. A WhatsApp commerce platform built specifically for how shops, distributors, and clinics actually run.
zappertrip is a product of Aahwan IT Group Pvt Ltd — a Nepal-registered technology company based in Koshi Province.
